How usage and extra minutes work
Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per month (300 on Starter, 800 on Professional, 2,000 on Enterprise). Minutes beyond that are billed at $0.75 per minute. We tell you your usage whenever you ask, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Setup, minimum term and what is quoted separately
- Starter and Professional: setup is included. These plans run under a 3-month minimum agreement.
- Enterprise: setup starts from $1,500 and is scoped to your systems. The plan covers only the scope agreed in writing; any extra customization beyond it is quoted separately.
- Client dashboard: an optional add-on at $99 per month. It is not included in any plan.
- Anything outside the listed features is quoted separately, and we agree it with you before we build it.
- Lead & Sales Automation, Customer Support Automation and Business Workflow Automation are scoped and quoted per project.
Which plan fits?
Starter suits a single-location contractor or clinic that wants every call answered and bookings captured. Professional suits companies running several trucks or staff that need CRM sync, emergency-versus-routine dispatch rules and reminders; see the guides for HVAC and plumbing companies. Enterprise is for multi-location operations or legacy systems that need custom connectors.

Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
Not on Starter or Professional: setup is included with the 3-month minimum agreement. Enterprise setup starts from $1,500, scoped to your systems.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at $0.75 per minute, and you can ask us for your usage details at any time.
Do you charge extra for the dashboard?
The client dashboard is optional and priced at $99 per month. It is not part of any plan.
