Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AetherFlow Automation ("we", "us") collects through aetherflow.pro and how we use it. Contact: ahmed@aetherflow.pro.

What we collect

• Forms (demo request, automation review, quote request): your name, email, phone number (optional), company name, website (optional) and the details you type.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type, a random session identifier, and any contact details you choose to share in the chat.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a call, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of our conversation. When you tick the consent box on a form you agree that we may contact you by email about that request. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who processes it

We use the following kinds of service providers to run the site and respond to you:

• our own automation systems and a cloud database provider to store enquiries;
• web hosting and email providers to run this site and to send and receive email;
• AI language-model and voice providers to generate chat replies and run the voice demo. Text you type into the chat or the voice demo may be sent to these providers and may be processed outside your country. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

These providers act on our instructions and may change over time. We do not sell personal information. You can ask us at the address above for the current list of providers that handle your information.

Chat assistant and demos

The chat assistant is an AI and can make mistakes. It cannot confirm bookings, prices or agreements; a person from AetherFlow confirms those by email. The voice assistant on this site (Aether) is an AI. If you press the button to talk to it, your microphone audio is sent to our voice provider to run the conversation, and we may record and keep the audio and transcript to review the service and to follow up if you leave your details. Do not share sensitive personal or payment details in a voice or chat conversation. We do not place telephone calls from this site.

Business outreach

If we contact a business by email, we use business contact details published by that business (for example on its website or business listing). Every such email explains how to opt out. Reply "unsubscribe" or write to the address above and we will stop contacting you and keep your address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and chat history for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records, normally no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict our use of it, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and access to our systems is protected by credentials kept in secure stores. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
